Because we ensure that your products will be new and untouched, we do not offer returns on any of our products.  We do place importance on you, our customers' satisfaction, so if you are for any reason not satisfied, please contact us right away. 

Our products do not contain added chemicals or preservatives, and therefore may slightly vary in color and/or change consistancy under extreme conditions.  We take every precaution possible when shipping, but cannot guarantee creams will not melt when shipping through hot weather.  You take this risk when ordering during hot months. 

We pack our products acordingly and are not responsible for the care of items once they have left our hands.  If you are concerned, we would be happy to add shipping insurance per request.
