Our approach to skin care not only promotes proper external direct skin treatment, but also reflects on the importance of overall health in relation to the body and skin function.
One of the firstmost important ways in striving for optimum health in general is proper diet. Diet can also be a huge factor in realation to skin health directly or indirectly. Our products are designed to help you with external skin symptoms. However, we feel that there should be an overall approach to caring for your symptoms that includes assessment of environment, lifestyle, and diet.
Here are some common recomendations to help skin in combination with our products:
1. Make sure you are drinking and bathing in good water that is properly filtered.
2. If you do not eat fish on a regular basis, consider a quality fish oil supplement.
3. Avoid any irritating environmental components such as perfumes, dyes, and chemical products.
4. Consider the quality of the air you breathe.
5. Eat a well rounded diet with lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
6. Subsitiute common vegetable oils and butters with cocoanut oil.
