Kefir Grains

Kefir is a cultured milk drink and has many healthy & beneficial properties.  Today you can easily make your own Kefir using Kefir Grains (or Granules).  This refreshing probiotic tastes like a zingy yogurt drink and makes great smoothies or can be drank alone.  Click here for more information on kefir and how to make it.   Available in 1/4 cup granule pack.  This is enough to make 4 cups of kefir at a time.  The grains are a live culture and once you have a starter you can use the same ones over and over to continue making Kefir and can even grow more of your own cultures when taken care of properly.

Kambucha Tea

   The earliest record of Kombucha date back to 221 BC where in China the ancients called Kombucha “Elixir of Immortality” or “The Tea of Immortality” (China 250 BC). It also has early record in Early Russia and can now be found in parts all around the world.  Some even claim that Kombucha is the vinegar drink mentioned in the Bible in Ruth 2:13-15, “And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left.”
