This is a reminder of our upcomming class "Introduction to Herbalism." 

In this class, we will learn about herbs and how they are used.  We will also discuss different herbal formulas and supplements found at most natural stores and the differences between them.

If you are thinking about trying some natural alternatives in caring for your health, this class will help eliminate the confusion and offer you a good start in know how to choose what would be right for you.

We will include lots of discussion with examples and samples, and those who attend will also recieve samples to help get them started at home.   

References to over 20 different herbs and their uses will be included.  This class is given with a Christian perspective, and will lead up to the next two class in which we will actually learn how to make and dose our own herbal medicines, a very hands-on fun learning experience.
