Help I've never done the blog thing, before so sorry it this is in the wrong spot. I was wondering if when using Keifer and villi if one would need to cook a raw milk source or can I just dump it in the jar like I have been doing with the paster. and homog. milks. Thanks

Hi Jane! I've re-directed your question to the Natural Health Question category.

No High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, candy of anykind, "fake sugar" , honey, or refined sugar. Absolutely, no pop, gatorade, or power anything. Imagine your grocery bill and what you can save if your kids were okay with just water! Can't afford organic? What's the point of eating nutritous food if your going to drink pop along with it. You are wasting your money. This is an all or nothing change in lifstyle. Dont get me wrong, I allow my kids to have the occasional sweet treat. However, if given the choice they will actually eat fruit over a candy bar. My 10 year old even said "It's too sweet Mom!" If they don't have it they won't miss it. It's us parents who make a big deal out of not giving them sugar. I do not feel bad about not giving my kids sugar. It can get difficult at times when other parents think I'm being mean, or "I should let them be a kid." Well, I usually bite my tongue and remember that I onced faced putting my son on meds when he was 5 for his behavior. RED FLAG! Time for a new doctor! (and teacher) I researched, I asked, I tried different things. I did what worked and I made my entire family follow suit. Now those same parents are struggling with medication dosages, side effects, and addiction, along with their pore little ones turned into pill-zombies all because they want them to "be a kid!"
